Go to the local church in Edgewater, and you’ll find a strange companion. Talk To Vicar Max And Complete His Quest To Unlock A Second Companion Lots of the early armor suits have four mod slots, so make sure to scroll through all four - use the triggers consoles - to see everything you can apply. Those are mod slots, and if you don’t check every tab when modding, you might miss out on powerful upgrades. Next to each weapon / armor, there are white dots. At any workbench, you can apply powerful mods.
